Ryan Adams had it right
It is amazing to me, how consistently fantastic New York City is every time I go there. I was just up there for a couple of days, I guess only one full day, and I had a great time. My mom, sister and I saw “The Farnesworth Invention” which was really well done. I usually am not so much a fan of theater, but this one really drew me in. We also made it to the Vanessa Holesek gallery...

Happy Winter Time!
It is freezing in my room! Argh I’m sitting here trying to type with frozen fingers and it really isn’t going so well. But! Tomorrow is my last day of the semester which is immensely good news. I fly home on Thursday which is great, but I do wish I had a day or two extra to decompress after such a busy semester. The contrast of CRAZY to crazy might be a little much so soon. Either way,...

The Wine That's Drinking Me
Well today was an unhealthy day. My food intake tended toward the top of the food pyramid for pretty much the entire day. The scenery was nice though; Sauselito on a cold, grey winter day. Just cold enough that a cup of coffee and an ice cream seemed liked the perfect afternoon activity. Though I stuck to the egg quesadillas. Top it all off with a burger from Q on Clement street and you have...

Why's it always you and never me?
Ugh today was a homework day. I spent most of this evening watching my printer attempt to print black/white text documents. Starting today, and lasting until next Thursday, I am on official homework lock down. ...

If I said I was feeling contemplative that would be a slight understatement. But of course, I’m just living up to the title of my blog, so it’s all good. Also, just because I am feeling contemplative doesn’t mean I actually am so. I was reading some of my older posts today and I noticed I don’t really write similar ones anymore. My first thought was that maybe I run out...

So as my last post mentioned, I spent this past weekend in LA. Based on my (very little) experience with the place, I love it. I was only there for a few days, but it was really intense anyway. Things are impossible to plan, and it’s impossible to go anywhere without driving, but there is something special in the air there. Don’t get me wrong, I like SF more, but there is SOMEthing...

In Your Atmosphere
So LA this weekend. Going to be amazing. John Mayer super-crazy-big-show on Saturday night. Who knows what else! There will be a travelogue filmed, though its quality is yet to be determined. More on that later.. .
