I think it’s ridiculous to assume that everyone writes with the same grammar rules. For example, when I say the sentence “First of all I don’t think that’s true.” A grammarian would want put a comma after the ‘first of all’. But that’s not how I talk, it doesn’t sound like that when I say it so why should I have to do it. I say, write how you talk, not how the little green grammar squiggly line says you should.
