I didn’t sleep the whole night
Friday night in the city. Not as exciting as last night.. when a voice boomed through the halls of my floor saying something to the effect of “The {something} has been activated, please await further instruction. May I have your attention, the…” Followed closely by a loud beeping noise. Of course, this was all at 5am when I was completely delirious. So, sleepy alex being sleepy alex, I thought some crazy LOST type stuff was going down, the only sensible solution of course being to duck and cover. I didn’t sleep much last night to say the least…
I went exploring today, like I do everyday. I found a few interesting things of note. The first was an amazing organic market in the lower east side. It’s great because it has all the tastiness I find at Whole Foods without the crowds and things I don’t buy. It’s basically Whole Foods passed through an Alex-Filter. I also found a few guitar shops, making my search for the perfect guitar even harder. Funny how it works that way.
KT Tunstall and Teitur were great live. Webster hall is a weird place, but a good venue.
