“Tall” shouldn’t rhyme with “small”
So I’m pretty tall, 6’5 to be exact. (including the hair) Usually, I regard this as being very awesome, it’s nice being able to see over people etc. Anyway, at concerts, it is not awesome. I mean, it’s great for me because I can see over everyone, but it sucks for the three or four people behind me that can’t see anything besides whether or not I brushed my hair that morning. Generally these people find it necessary to complain incessantly until I either A) move or B) remind them that me moving would only block someone else. Now, normally I try to get to concerts way early, so anyone that gets stuck behind me had to have shown up late, and I don’t feel sorry for them. That or I stand against a wall or something to that effect. The point of this is that i generally try to be pretty accommodating to other people at concerts. However, a guy at ACl took a different, more fantastically awesome approach. This HUGE guy had written on the back of his shirt:
“6’8: Not my fucking problem.”
Anyway, I thought that was hilarious…a little too “in your face” for my tastes, but an interesting solution to the problem. I have a photo of it somewhere, i’ll get it up later tonight maybe.
By the way, if you feel so inclined, send people to this blog. Granted, if they don’t know who I am it might be of significantly less interest to them, but I think it’s more fun the more people read it. So go crazy like I know you do..
