Bankok! !!!  !  ?

My sister Holly and I were walking around the mall last night, around 8:45pm and we came to a realization. The mall at night feels EXACTLY like your empty high school hallways during a Friday night dance. There is this feeling that everyone else is congregated elsewhere and you are just looking for where. It’s also a little bit sad because you it feels like all the people walking around the mall are like the kids that didn’t have fun at the dance etc etc and kept ‘going to the bathroom.’ Pretty crazy, but go check out the mall at night and you’ll get it.

I would rather saunter than strut.

I think a strange way to know how similar you are to someone is to observe how many times you crash into them when walking opposite directions. Everyone knows this scenario; when you both try to adjust your walking path at the same time, then do it again, then crash, then do it again, then crash etc. I posit, that the number of times you pick the same way to go and crash is indicative of how similar (and compatible with) you are to that person.

-Some people are better at telling stories than others. I think that a lot of what determines a good or bad story teller is their set-up. If you have a HILARIOUS story to tell, and you set it up as a HILARIOUS story, than it probably won’t go over as well as it should. I think playing down the hilarity is always a good idea, people don’t like being told what they’re going to think about something. Anyway, good story-tellers seems to have a really good handle on how intensely they need to set their story up. Bad ones don’t seem to take the set-up into account.
