Yeah there’s a difference
So I’ve just been watching “Helvetica” (the font documentary), and I have to say, I am in love. In love with fonts, graphic design, you name it. Anyway, if you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend you give it a try. You have to check their website to find a screening, at least until a DVD gets released, but it’s well worth it.
There are NO good movies out in theaters. This happens way too often. When the next “Die Hard” is what I’m looking forward to… that says something about the state of mainstream film.
When will snail mail go extinct? I am predicting 20 years. Maybe 10.
I haven’t posted in forever, but that’s always what happens when I move back home. I have tons of time to post when I’m here, but I don’t often have much to write about. I find I mainly need to write in my blog when I’m interacting with a lot of people all the time (like in college) and ideas come to me when I don’t have time to express them. When I’m home, I have time to think about things, and I don’t always feel the need to put them down. I don’t know, I think I’ll get back into it soon. I am going to Europe at some point this summer, as well as NYC, then finally San Francisco (for years!) so there should be some good materiel generated there.
