Started the new Dave Eggers book this week, very excited. I loved his first one, so much so that I’ve been reading random pages from it just about every night since I finished it. Word on the street is they are making a movie version, but “words” on “streets” are rarely truthful ones.
I saw my first iPhone in real life the other day. By “real life” I mean outside of an Apple Store. Someone was using it to take photos of how long the line was at a movie theater in NYC. It was pretty funny actually because the line was pretty ridiculously long and wide. Wide lines are confusing and stressful lines. Like lines at airport security have a tendency to be wide as well as long, which makes people crazy. It’s amazing how crazy some people can be with just the smallest amount of provocation.
Someone is literally drilling a whole in my house right now. From outside in. If it wasn’t the cable guy I would be pretty freaked out.
